Sales Position Overview

DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks an experienced Outside Sales Account Manager to expand our presence in Seattle, Washington. This key role involves developing business relationships and promoting commercial doors and door products.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with key decision-makers to increase sales of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services.
  • Collaborate with customers to create new sales opportunities and address issues.
  • Foster sales growth among commercial and industrial building owners, managers, hospitals, schools, and municipalities in the Seattle area.
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit targets.
  • Deliver timely, accurate quotes and proposals.
  • Interact with customers to identify their needs and sell relevant technical and mechanical products.
  • Prepare detailed proposals and oversee every aspect of the sales process.
  • Efficiently close customer projects and contribute to project management when necessary.
  • Regularly update the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferred.
  • At least three (3) years of outside sales experience.
  • Familiarity with technical applications and mechanical systems.
  • Desirable: Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs.
  • A friendly demeanor and natural ability to build rapport with customers.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Compensation and Perks:

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, plus commission (5% to 12% tiered based on GP tiers). Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes paid holidays, PTO, professional development opportunities, and more.
