About the Position

This Outside Sales position offers a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and a comprehensive benefits package in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and sales outreach.
  • Become well-educated on OEC Group's products and services by partnering with internal subject matter experts.
  • Develop and maintain a customer base by recognizing freight forwarding business opportunities.
  • Offer solutions to clients using OEC Group's services, including ocean, air, warehousing & distribution, LTL & FTL transportation, cargo insurance, and customs brokerage.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience or operations experience in freight forwarding.
  • Possess a book of business in international ocean, air, and/or customs brokerage.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality to continuously bring in new business opportunities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000-$75,000 annually based on education and experience level.
  • Uncapped Commission.
  • $500 monthly car allowance.
