Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Carisam. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders, and maintaining effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to internal and external customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, adhering to company procedures and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including order tracking, shipping documentation, and customer communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or logistics
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of import/export regulations and procedures
