Senior SMB Account Manager

We're seeking a seasoned Account Manager to drive growth and success in our rapidly expanding SMB segment. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work strategically and collaboratively with other teams to build a scalable and adaptable business.
Key Responsibilities:- Master the Navan Value Proposition: Develop a deep understanding of our solutions, products, and value proposition to effectively communicate with customers.
- Establish Strategic Relationships: Build consultative, results-driven relationships with multiple customers, driving growth and revenue.
- Customer Support and Escalation: Respond to customer requests, help them through escalation steps, and problem-solve to create new processes where necessary.
- Feedback and Optimization: Provide feedback to scaled AM and product teams, thinking strategically about optimizing our team for success.
- Account Monitoring and Satisfaction: Monitor consumption and satisfaction of current accounts, ensuring total adoption of Navan to drive revenue.
- Experience: 1+ year(s) of working experience within a success/support environment.
- Strategic Thinking: We're still ironing out our processes, and we need someone who will speak up if they see a better way to do things.
- Strong Communication: You'll work with many teams and customers, requiring empathy and specificity in communicating about technical issues.
- Organizational Skills: Able to move quickly through and deliver on multiple tasks and priorities.
- Adaptability: Flexible and patient with the needs of a scaling startup environment.
- Curiosity: Always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and get to the bottom of complex customer issues.
- Collaboration: Enjoy working with others, providing feedback, and helping your team streamline their process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
