Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k) with company match, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, paid vacation and holidays, and generous shift differentials.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for administering medications, completing assessments, and ensuring all necessary care is properly delivered to residents. You will also assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care, develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and well-being, maintain safety of residents, and follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.

Requirements
  • Must possess valid unencumbered RN or LPN license in Massachusetts
  • Current CPR certification
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
