Medical Care Professional

Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home seeks a highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide quality clinical services to patients in various settings within the community. The successful candidate will deliver patient care within the organization's philosophy, policies, and standards of community health practice.
Key Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care through assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination
- Deliver high-quality customer service and financial awareness
- Perform admissions process and case management responsibilities according to MGB Healthcare at Home policies and standards of practice
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A graduate degree from an approved School of Nursing
- A current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of one year previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred
- The ability to work independently, adapt to changing situations, and prioritize work effectively
