About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture high-precision parts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC lathe, CNC mill machines, and resistance spot welder to manufacture finished machined products
  • Set up machines, insert and secure tooling, and download programs as needed
  • Inspect own work and ensure quality and quantity standards are met
  • Enter data into ERP system and load/unload component piece parts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Previous experience in operating CNC machines and intermediate knowledge of machining principles and methods
  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Reliable attendance and minimal call-offs
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints in English
