About the CNC Machinist III, 3rd Shift Role

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist III to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a CNC Machinist III, you will be responsible for operating computerized numerical control (CNC) machines to manufacture high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines to manufacture finished products within tight tolerances.
  • Set up and install tooling in machine turrets and perform machine set-ups.
  • Download and upload programs into machines and make minor programming adjustments as needed.
  • Inspect own work for correct dimensions and ensure company quality and quantity standards are maintained.
  • May be required to operate multiple machines and rotating departments.
  • Enter data into the ERP system.
  • Load and unload component piece parts with weights up to 25 lbs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience and demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC lathe, CNC mill machines, or resistance spot welder (any combination of two machines).
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience with setting up machines.
  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience and knowledge of machining principles and methods for computer numerical controlled machine tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and blueprints in English.
