Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features and services, as well as hours of operation.
  • Direct and supervise Front Desk Staff, Bell/Door, Guest Services, Concierge, Reservations, Front Office Management, Room Service, Housekeeping, Accounting, Engineering, Conference Services, Executive Offices & Security teams to ensure efficient and courteous service delivery.
  • Monitor VIP arrivals, greet and escort them to their rooms, and inspect VIP arrival rooms daily to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
  • Process all check-outs according to established hotel requirements and assist staff with expediting problem payments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
