Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests and residents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about property amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Make restaurant reservations, book transportation, and arrange for services as requested.
- Assist with special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor lobby activity and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.
**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
