Job Title: Account Manager

At Lily Hoa Ins & Financial Services, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Work closely with our State Farm agent to establish and meet marketing goals, utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Collaborate with the agent to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals, leveraging your sales experience and excellent communication skills to drive results.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
