Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work closely with our State Farm agent to establish and meet marketing goals, utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Collaborate with the agent to achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals, leveraging your sales experience and excellent communication skills to drive results.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and achieve their goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals.
- Property and Casualty license (currently held) and ability to obtain Life and Health license.
- Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.
- Health benefits and paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
- Valuable experience and growth potential within our office.
Compensation: $30,000 - $60,000
