Key Responsibilities- Provide financial aid assistance to students and parents in person, via phone, and via email.
- Process and distribute student-submitted forms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with training Federal Work Study (FWS) student employees and process FWS eligibility forms.
- Manage and answer inquiries regarding purchasing, FMS accounts, and monthly pro card.
- Perform other duties as assigned, commensurate with the grade level of the position.
- High school diploma or GED and one year of full-time equivalent clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
- Experience performing customer service in a financial aid-related environment.
- Experience communicating regulations and guidelines.
- Experience using financial automated systems, such as PeopleSoft or Banner.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with some evenings and weekends required. The position is currently eligible for limited remote work, as defined by college requirements.
