Travelling Respiratory Care Specialist

LanceSoft, a reputable and woman-owned organisation, is seeking an experienced Travel Respiratory Therapist to join their team in the United States.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide patient care in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a travel assignment, which means you'll have the opportunity to experience different locations, meet new people, and gain valuable experience in your field.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct respiratory therapy procedures, such as oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and bronchoscopy
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A valid CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) certification or RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) preferred
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory therapy principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to train in vascular access/IV placement if not already proficient
