- Conduct independent research for contact information as necessary.
- Organize and process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
- Maintain the building's phone directory, ensuring all contact information is current using spreadsheet software.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate areas.
- Monitor visitor badges and ensure proper accountability at the end of each day.
- Utilize multifunction devices for printing, copying, and scanning tasks.
Facilities Management Duties:
- Receive and manage deliveries from various carriers.
- Update and maintain signage as required.
- Prepare workspaces for staff as needed.
- Keep an updated inventory of equipment at designated locations.
- Regularly check and maintain charging stations.
- Oversee the supply of personal protective equipment, distributing as necessary.
- Replenish supplies at disinfecting stations, including wipes and gloves.
