Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with homebuyers to identify credit improvement opportunities and develop personalized action plans to optimize their credit profile.
  • Provide ongoing support to homebuyers throughout the implementation and completion of their action plans.
  • Collaborate with Loan Officers to ensure a seamless transition for homebuyers to the loan origination process.
Requirements
  • Advanced experience in reading credit reports and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Strong understanding of how credit is measured and factors impacting credit score.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills, including experience in customer engagement and interaction.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, with SalesForce being a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers and team members with a high degree of professionalism.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Associates Degree or some post-secondary education in business administration or a related field preferred.
  • 2 or more years of experience in the mortgage/lending industry.
  • Experience reading and interpreting credit reports.
  • Understanding of the loan process and the impact of credit on the loan and interest rate.
