Primary Care Physician Assistant

HealthOp Solutions is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our primary care team. As a key member of our medical facility, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and interpret lab results accurately.
- Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses and injuries.
- Manage chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and obesity.
- Develop treatment plans based on patient history, clinical findings, and scientific rationale.
- Provide compassionate and thorough care to address both physical and emotional patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with our team, including primary care physicians, specialists, and nursing staff.
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, medications, side effects, and the importance of lifestyle changes.
- Manage follow-up care, including referrals to specialists or hospital admissions when necessary.
- Document all patient encounters and medical procedures according to regulatory guidelines.
- Conduct preventative health screenings and health promotion activities.
- Maintain and update knowledge and skills through continuing education and professional development.
- Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Arizona NP or PA License (or able to obtain)
- Completion of US Based NP or PA Program (Not Puerto Rico)
- Ability to Commute to Location
