Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. as an Inside Sales Professional. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Understand market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the food industry
  • Deep understanding of commodity proteins and market trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
