Job Description

We are seeking a Healthcare Finance Coordinator to join our team at First Choice Primary Care. This role will assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Billing Department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maximizing revenue.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in supervising and coordinating business functions to ensure timely billing and collection of revenue.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care regulations.
  • Monitor credit balances on patient accounts and process refunds as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in insurance billing or a related field.
  • Coding certification highly desirable.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
