About the Job:

As a Plasma Donation Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the plasma donation process from start to finish.

About the Role:

  • You will be working closely with donors to ensure that they have a positive experience at our center.
  • You will be responsible for conducting health screening procedures, such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature checks.
  • You will be required to perform finger stick tests to obtain samples for hematocrit and total protein levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
  • Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral and/or written instructions.

Working Conditions:

  • You will be working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • You will be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas.
  • You may be required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $42,000 per year, depending on location, as well as excellent benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
