Ogury LTD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to join our sales team in the Midwest market. This role combines new business development and sales skills with ongoing relationship management, making it an exciting opportunity for those looking to drive growth and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual who can build awareness and adoption of Ogury's Personified Advertising offering with top-tier agencies throughout the region. You will work closely with senior advertiser executives to support sales team efforts and drive deal growth, while also identifying and prioritizing key decision makers across large holding companies.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, working with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will serve as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and continuously seeking growth opportunities to deepen client partnerships.
This is a hybrid role that will sit in our Chicago office, reporting directly to the VP of Sales, Midwest. We offer a competitive salary with a bonus, paid quarterly, 401k matching, flexible working options, generous holiday leave, and a life insurance plan.

Responsibilities:
- Build awareness and adoption of Ogury's Personified Advertising offering with agencies through prospecting, client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales
- Serve as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and continuously seeking growth opportunities to deepen client partnerships
- Own the full sales cycle from prospect to close, working with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally
- Work closely with senior advertiser executives to support sales team efforts and drive deal growth
- Identify and prioritize key decision makers across large holding companies
Requirements:
- Experience in online advertising technology sales (video / programmatic / mobile)
- Existing relationships and contacts with top-tier agencies
- A high degree of creativity, self-motivation, and drive
- An eagerness to work in a start-up team environment that will be rapidly changing
- A willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
