Position Summary:
  • Support the overall Human Resources operations, ensuring precise maintenance of employee records within the HRIS.
  • Assist in various HR functions including recruitment, benefits management, employee relations, and training initiatives.
  • Coordinate and analyze HR programs and processes aimed at attracting, retaining, and engaging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained in the HRIS.
  • Generate timely reports as required.
  • Screen candidates and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Manage benefits enrollment and administration.
  • Conduct orientation sessions and support the ongoing implementation of brand standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience:
  • At least one year of experience in a hotel or human resources setting.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on meeting deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Occasional lifting and bending may be required.
  • Mobility is necessary for maintaining employee relations.
  • Prolonged standing may be necessary during training sessions.
