Credit Risk Specialist

Lennox is seeking a skilled Credit Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing credit risks and credit history on moderately complex accounts to approve or disapprove credit extensions.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
Generate financial ratios using computer programs to evaluate the customers' financial status.
Consult with customers to resolve complaints and verify financial and credit transactions.
Conduct collection calls and customer visits to collect account receivables.
Resolve moderately complex credit problems while requesting assistance on highly sensitive accounts.
Communicate with sales and other departments regarding past-due accounts.
Establish credit limits.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 1 year related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems.
Strong analytical, numeracy, and research skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Solid negotiation and leadership skills.
Excellent customer relations skills.
