Our esteemed legal client is in search of a commercial real estate attorney with a robust background of over 7 years in the field to enhance their commercial real estate transactions practice. The ideal candidate will engage with family offices, financial institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors on a diverse range of commercial property matters.

Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly with large-scale transactions.
  • Expertise in commercial finance, including the closing and negotiation of intricate loans for borrowers and/or lenders.
  • Proficiency in structuring and negotiating joint ventures, as well as managing acquisitions and dispositions.
