The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in program/project management, strong communication and organizational skills, and knowledge of network engineering concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute implementation projects for Inbuilding/DAS/oDas and small cell upgrades for 4G LTE and 5G mmW
Coordinate resources involved in service delivery (internal and external stakeholders)
Schedule, forecast, and track key projects
Control and optimize delivery performance
Review lease and landlord agreements to ensure compliance
Share progress with leaders and other stakeholders using dashboards and reports

Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in program/project management
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
Knowledge of network engineering concepts, including radio frequency, real estate, implementation, transport, and program management
Knowledge of one or more of the following engineering systems: Fuze, SPM, Purchase Orders, RTT, Atoll

Preferred Qualifications:

Program/project management certification
Microsoft/Google proficiency
Customer-facing experience

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree or 7-10 years of work experience
