Mortgage Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities:
As a Mortgage Sales Manager at Pinnacle Mortgage Corp., you will play a pivotal role in expanding our brand into new markets and driving loan production. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading and managing a team of Loan Officers to ensure they meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service to our clients.
- Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Monitoring team performance metrics, setting sales targets, and goals aligned with company objectives.
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
- Representing Pinnacle Mortgage Corp. in the local community to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Sales Manager or similar role with a proven track record in sales leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with a proven track record of driving results.
- A licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS), authorized to conduct business in New Hampshire.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
