- Availability to work evening, overnight, and/or weekend shifts, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting the needs of the organization.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, staff, and volunteers.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
- Capacity to enforce program requirements, upholding the organization's standards and policies.
- Problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
- Basic computer skills, with proficiency in relevant software and systems.
