Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Collabera. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure project success.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Python, Tableau, SQL, and MS Office Suite (including Access Database).
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal/written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
  • Experience with SQL Database and Field Activities Engine (NFAE).
  • Familiarity with other programming languages to automate processes.

Pay Rate: $45/hr - $50/hr
