Job Title: Program Director

TechnoGen is seeking a highly skilled Program Director to lead our IT program management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT program management, with experience in supervising technical staff and managing complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee IT program management initiatives, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
  • Supervise technical staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with VITA, DHRM, VDOT, and ITD regulations.
  • Collaborate with peers and subordinates to define strategic direction for assigned technology program.
  • Identify business processes that may be improved with technology solutions, creating processes and tools to facilitate increased efficiencies.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in IT program management, with experience in supervising technical staff and managing complex projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with diverse audiences, making presentations and conducting meetings.
  • Technical knowledge and skills in technologies appropriate to assigned program, including IT Governance and Compliance, Enterprise & Business Architecture, IT Service Mgmt, Asset Mgmt, Infrastructure and Ops, Application Development, PPM & Projects, or Data and BI Management.
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures in an IT environment, interacting and communicating effectively with internal and external customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and skill with technologies and functions appropriate to leading an IT program area.
  • Ability to lead IT professionals in the planning, analyzing, designing, developing or implementing information technology programs, projects or systems for a large organization.
