Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic individual to join our team as a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making a positive impact on our customers' lives.

Essential Duties:

  • Respond to incoming customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to resolve customer issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Korean.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
  • Computer experience and a high-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher).
