Join Our Team as a Clinical Liaison

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital Phoenix is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for patients and their families, educating them about the benefits of acute inpatient rehabilitation at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with case managers, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals.
  • Educate staff, patients, and families regarding rehabilitation services provided by our hospital.
  • Assess patients with rehab diagnosis, on-site at referring hospitals for admission to our rehab hospital and manage the referral process.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.
  • Multi-state licensure required based on geographical territory.
