Join Our Team as a Clinical Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Liaison to join our team at Banner Rehabilitation Hospital – Phoenix. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for patients and their families, educating them about the benefits of acute inpatient rehabilitation, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals in the Phoenix market.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a weekend schedule of either Thursday - Monday 8am - 5pm or Friday - Tuesday 8am - 5pm. You will be located in downtown Phoenix and will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and nurture professional relationships with case managers, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals
  • Educate staff, patients, and families regarding rehabilitation services provided by our rehabilitation hospital
  • Assess patients with rehab diagnosis, on-site at referring hospitals for admission to the rehab hospital and manage the referral process
  • Create target lists of contacts and decision makers in assigned hospitals and develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines
Qualifications
  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required
  • Multi-state licensure required based on geographical territory
  • Two years related experience working in a clinical healthcare setting or previous experience working in a clinical liaison role preferred
