About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a strong understanding of rehabilitation services and a passion for helping others. As a Clinical Liaison, you will:
- Develop and nurture professional relationships with case managers, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals
- Educate staff, patients, and families about rehabilitation services provided by our hospital
- Assess patients with rehab diagnosis and manage the referral process
- Create target lists of contacts and decision makers in assigned hospitals
- Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist
- Multi-state licensure required based on geographical territory
- Two years related experience working in a clinical healthcare setting or previous experience working in a clinical liaison role
- Demonstrated competency with the preadmission process, including assessments and relationship building in a rehabilitation setting
