Overview

Banner Rehabilitation Hospital - Phoenix is a leading provider of inpatient rehabilitation services, offering a comprehensive range of programs to help patients regain function and independence.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in coordinating care for patients by educating them and their families about the benefits of acute inpatient rehabilitation at our hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with case managers, physicians, and clinicians in acute care hospitals to promote our rehabilitation services.
  • Educate staff, patients, and families about our rehabilitation programs and services.
  • Assess patients with rehab diagnosis, on-site at referring hospitals, for admission to our rehabilitation hospital and manage the referral process.
  • Support Sales and Marketing efforts through educational programs, tours, and meetings in assigned hospitals.
  • Develop strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals.

Requirements:

  • Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist required.
  • Multi-state licensure required based on geographical territory.
  • Two years related experience working in a clinical healthcare setting or previous experience working in a clinical liaison role preferred.
