This role involves developing relationships with community hospitals, physician offices, and community health clinics to achieve the highest possible occupancy within budgetary and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Generate business from referral sources to meet revenue and census goals
- Develop relationships with community hospitals, physician offices, and community health clinics
- Coordinate external professional relationships for the community
- Two or more years of experience in a related field, preferably with geriatric residents, admissions, and marketing
- Current or prior Admissions, Clinical, or Post-Acute Liaison experience within a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Clinical license such as RN, LPN, RT, IT, or SLP preferred
- Bachelor's Degree, Medical or Business education or training preferred
- Valid driver's license
