Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet guests, complete the check-in/check-out procedure, and obtain and store pertinent information.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Guest Services: Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities to create an accommodating environment for all.
  • Reservation Management: Take reservations from incoming callers, input information into the hotel management system, and update/cancel reservations as requested by the guest.
  • Scheduling: Work a variety of shifts, including morning and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer software, including property management systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and acceptable driving history are required.
