The Admissions Director - Community Relations professional at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is a key player in building referrals and promoting our treatment services to families, doctors, diagnostic centers, and community organizations. This role requires a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with autism.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the profitable marketing of ABA Therapy services, meeting or exceeding client referrals and increasing center census. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and outreach plans, tracking referral sources, and analyzing data to adjust marketing efforts.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with other management to identify and qualify potential new services to meet customer needs. You will also be responsible for following up on all marketing efforts and informing the Executive Director of the status of activities.

Requirements for this role include a minimum of 3 years of admissions or marketing experience in healthcare, mental health, education, or related therapies, as well as a Bachelor's degree. The ability to travel locally and have a reliable vehicle/transportation is also required.
