About the Role

NEXHR is seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and supervision to a team of engineers responsible for project engineering and project management services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Provide project management services for capital investment projects, including feasibility studies, front-end loading engineering, detail engineering, construction, commissioning, and turn-over to operations.
  • Technical Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of engineers responsible for EI&C engineering, including development of project scope and execution approach, safety, quality, and regulatory reviews, and development of project cost estimates.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal customers, other engineering disciplines, and external stakeholders to manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including project sponsors, customers, and team members.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and project-related issues, and develop solutions to improve project delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in chemical or electrical engineering.
  • Experience: 8-13 years of combined professional experience in project management, project engineering, plant/production engineering & maintenance, and project management.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of EI&C engineering, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% as required.
