Job Opportunity: Project Engineer Intern

EM Structural LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer Intern to join our team. As a Project Engineer Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical skills in engineering project management and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to project managers and engineers in the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables.
  • Conduct technical tasks such as research, data collection, analysis, and calculations under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Participate in site visits, inspections, and surveys to gain practical experience and exposure to project implementation.
  • Interact with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to provide updates, address inquiries, and support project communication efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong academic background with coursework in civil, mechanical, electrical, or related engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Prior internship or work experience in engineering or construction-related fields is a plus but not required.
