Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CBHC Clinician to join our team. As a CBHC Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing stabilization services to individuals in crisis, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide stabilization services to individuals in crisis, including assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization planning
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to individuals and families on mental health and wellness
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment plans

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in a relevant field, such as social work, counseling, or psychology
  • Experience working in a community-based behavioral health setting
  • Strong assessment and intervention skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
