Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring they meet the highest standards of customer service and hotel operations.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including complaints and compliments.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including room service, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
- Stay up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
