Key Responsibilities
- Surpass client expectations by spearheading paid search initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison for SEM client partnerships.
- Assist in executing search programs and contribute to thought leadership.
- Collaborate with PMG team members and clients to lead SEM strategies.
- Ensure quality assurance, provide technical direction, and offer tactical support.
- Mentor junior team members.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and training abilities.
- High emotional intelligence.
- Capability to provide strategic insights within the search domain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
- Analytical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel or SQL.
- Self-driven with a keen interest in learning new tools and technologies.
