Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for leading the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth, enhance brand awareness, and increase customer loyalty.

This role will oversee all marketing activities, including brand positioning, digital marketing, lead generation, customer retention, and data-driven decision making.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing leadership, with experience in home services, turf management, and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth objectives
  • Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Design and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and personalized marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure marketing performance and drive decisions
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, with a strong background in home services, turf management, and landscaping
  • Proven experience leading and developing marketing teams, with a focus on driving performance, creativity, and innovation
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including paid search, social media advertising, content marketing, and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across departments
