Home Health Care Nurse Job Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our float nursing pool in the Philadelphia region and surrounding areas.


Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. As a member of our float nursing pool, you will have the flexibility to work a variety of shifts and build a schedule that suits your needs.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform home health visits with patients in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties.
  • Deliver skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Administer medication, provide wound care, and offer comfort care to patients.
  • Travel throughout the region based on census and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Requirements:
  • Previous home health experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
