BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Gloucester City, New Jersey.

Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to our clients in Philadelphia County. As a Registered Nurse with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as needed.
  • Document client progress, observations, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal client outcomes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
