Join Our Team as a Home Health Care Nurse

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.


About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our team as a Home Health Care Nurse. As a Home Health Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one care to our clients, including administering medication, wound care, and treatments.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Administer medication, wound care, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of client care management and services provided
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
