Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in Hospice Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role
  • Provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Document patient observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and thoroughly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) are preferred.
