Home Health Care Registered Nurse Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Gloucester City, New Jersey.

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced RN to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to our clients in the Chestnut Hill/Manayunk/Roxborough area. As a Home Health Care Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in accordance with patient needs
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management and self-care
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
