Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement opening procedures, including product reception, invoice verification, and temperature logging.
  • Understand and manage the operational setup of the restaurant.

  • Oversee staff schedules and breaks to optimize labor efficiency.
  • Assist in budgeting and inventory management, including food and dry goods counts.
  • Enforce hygiene and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health standards.
  • Manage order scheduling and address supply chain challenges.
  • Ensure food preparation meets company standards, conducting quality control checks as necessary.
  • Train new kitchen staff and be ready to cover various kitchen stations as needed.

Qualifications:
