Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast and courteous service to guests, exceeding their expectations and ensuring 100% guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize empowerment to resolve guest issues and provide personalized attention to guests.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, as well as provide information on resort services and amenities.
  • Work closely with the butler team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Complete registration and departure processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promote resort services and amenities to guests, upselling available accommodations and services as needed.
  • Make reservations for onsite and offsite dining, activities, and entertainment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience.
  • Remain current with all property systems, including Host, SpaSoft, Seven Rooms, Zingle, Outlooks, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Perform phone operator functions for internal and external calls, ensuring efficient communication.
  • Assist guests with mailing needs and business services, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Foster teamwork and motivate exceptional levels of performance in all Front Office positions.
  • Develop an understanding of the reservation process and stay up-to-date on hours of operation, menus, and special packages.
Requirements
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours at a time, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with all departments, ensuring quality working relationships.
  • General knowledge of the surrounding areas and attractions, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, with an Associate's Degree preferred.
