Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to members and prospective clients.
  • Generate new leads and grow the membership base through creative and proven methods.
  • Conduct membership tours and effectively communicate the benefits of TITLE Boxing Club.
  • Manage administrative duties, including desk management, private training, and retail sales.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and exceed member expectations.
Requirements:
  • Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic understanding of computers and ability to learn our point of sale systems.
  • Passion for health and fitness (preferably with a formal fitness background).
Compensation:

Associates are compensated in two ways:

  • Wage portion: $11-$13 per hour + commission based on performance, fit, and experience.
  • Commissions portion: Earn commissions for enrolling new members and selling gloves.
